JENGO Systems
Housing
JENGO Systems has developed a patented technology that has reinvented how concrete blocks are used so that “Anyone can be a Builder.” It is one of several building systems that LIFT offers. JENGO is an open-source building system, combined with a proprietary 3D-Printing process, that is revolutionizing the way structures can be built. JENGO offers a series of interlocking, self-aligning blocks that “dry stack” IE require no mortar between their faces, which makes assembly very much easier and faster. Blocks can be made from a variety of materials (including waste products like fly ash) but are typically made from concrete in the same machines that make conventional blocks. By simply switching out the molds, JENGO can establish a global manufacturing network quickly and with very little CAPEX. JENGO also offers 3D-Printed “utility” and power blocks to simplify the building process. JENGO will be used extensively to build homes and other structures and will combine Blue Planet and CarbonCure’s technologies to become carbon neutral.
Blue Planet
Housing
Blue Planet has developed a patented mineralization technology that is the only known scalable method for capturing and permanently sequestering billions of tons of CO2. Their process can use dilute CO2 from any source, at any concentration, and turn it into valuable building materials to enable carbon capture at a profit. We plan on building a full size Direct Air Capture facility to showcase its ability to capture CO2 and to make building materials and cement which can be used to make JENGO blocks and mortar.
CarbonCure
Housing
CarbonCure exposes fresh concrete to recycled CO2 to reduce its carbon footprint, without compromising performance. Once injected, the CO2 undergoes a mineralization process and becomes permanently embedded in the concrete. This results in economic and climate benefits for concrete producers. We plan on utilizing CarbonCure’s technology to maximize the volumes of CO2 JENGO blocks can absorb in an effort to become carbon neutral.
Block Solutions Oy
Housing
Block Solutions Oy is a Finnish company formed in 2017 that has developed patent pending, environmentally friendly blocks made out of bio-composite materials, which can contain up to 50% organic fibers and 50% recycled plastics, or alternatively 100% recycled plastics, based on the availability of local raw materials. These blocks are used for building sustainable, affordable and durable structures like homes and schools, and can be set up quickly with just a few tools and no electricity. Once erected, they can easily be expanded or dismantled and rebuilt. There are five different block sizes: 100, 200, 400 and 800 mm (L) by 200 mm (H) and 100 mm (W) and a corner that is 200x200x200. One Block Solutions production facility can produce enough blocks for building up to 8000 homes annually.

Barcelona Housing Systems
Housing
Barcelona Housing Systems (BHS) has developed an innovative housing construction technology, using high quality recycled materials and solar energy to provide environmentally friendly, affordable housing in fully developed, sustainable communities on a large scale, with an environmental impact close to zero. At the same time, construction time is halved, a seismic system is included, and cement and water are eliminated. By designing urban areas with extensive green spaces, sustainable internal mobility, extremely high renewable energy use, common social spaces, digital community and urban processes etc., BHS provides an innovative solution to housing. We intend to create a BHS community to showcase their innovative design.
Jörg Stamm Bamboo Construction
Housing
Bamboo has been used for millennia as a building material because of its strength, light weight, and elegant appearance. It is the fastest-growing plant on Earth and can grow up to 3 feet a day to restore watersheds and degraded land. Bamboo grows straight or curved, which allows for innovative designs and construction, and one hectare of bamboo can sequester up to 60 tons of CO&sub2; per year. Jörg Stamm has been building with bamboo for more than 30 years and is an expert in bamboo construction. He will be overseeing our bamboo plantations and the construction of our Bali in Baja project.
BioDiffusion Technologies
Housing
BioDiffusion Technologies (BDT) produce 100% plant-based biodegradable, non-toxic, bio-resin solutions from renewable plant sources. Their products are proven to reduce greenhouse gases and are used in road construction, concrete formulation, sealing porous materials, and dust abatement. One product, Green Roads is a cold applied, cost effective natural binder that has been scientifically tested and validated to be used as an alternative to petroleum based additives. Green Roads is cheaper and more durable than asphalt and up to 10 times faster to pave. We will be using BDT for our roads and plan on setting up manufacturing facilities onsite. We have an initial quote for ten miles of Green Roads in Baja California as a pilot program and are currently discussing a JV to license BDT throughout Mexico, Central and South America.
Merlin Solar
Power
Merlin Solar offers an ultra-lightweight, frameless, Peel and Stick technology that can be installed quickly and easily in unconventional locations such as on trucks, failing solar panels and solar farms and oil storage tanks. Their modules have a superior performance in low-sun angle and diffused light and provide 20% more energy in real world conditions. Their unique busbar technology makes them 50 times more durable than conventional modules and they are 80% lighter than glass panels, which eliminates the need to make structural enhancements to existing roofs. We are licensing this technology and plan to use it in CERS solar locations and also to improve the output of our Atmospheric Water Generators.
ABEL Tech
Power
ABEL Tech has developed a system using innovative wind turbine blades and frictionless magnetic generators and pulleys, that can be used on any wind turbine in the world. Turbine blades are very inefficient at low wind speeds - they need at least 10 MPH to rotate - but at more than 25 MPH, they must be shut off or the blades over rotate, the gear box overheats, and turbines can catch on fire. ABEL Tech’s system prevents wind slippage and allows turbines to operate as low as 2MPH, and also at much higher wind speeds without having to shut them down. This allows them to capture all the energy that would otherwise be wasted every day and to extend the life of the turbine. We are currently building prototypes to stress test them and as part of CERS, plan to acquire and retrofit existing wind farms that are no longer operational.
Stacked Power
Power
Stacked Power (SP) offers a revolutionary power solution using stackable self-contained modules, each containing a 2,000Wh LiPo battery, 2,200-watt inverter, battery management system, and input-output power interfaces, with only one switch. Each module is identical so that additional capacity is achieved by simply stacking modules without the need for cables or setup and any type of battery can be used. SP has also developed a proprietary digital power backup switch so that every circuit in your home or office is available for use independently. SP can be used in off-grid housing, backup power applications and interconnected micro-grid systems. We are developing a combination of technologies for JENGO Systems (including SP) to incorporate into our low cost housing initiatives.
Salgenx
Power
The global grid-scale battery market is experiencing rapid growth. In 2023, the market was valued at approximately USD 6.82 billion and is projected to reach USD 84.07 billion by 2032, with a CAGR of 32.2%. Salgenx has developed a salt water redox flow battery system that provides grid scale power (3-6MW) at a cost of $300K. Salgenx installs liquid bulk storage units into two 40 ft. hi-cube shipping containers which house electrolytes, which when combined with electrodes can store or discharge electricity. Flow is maintained by simple circulation pumps which are easily monitored and maintained. AI optimizes battery charging and discharge (including remote monitoring). The stacks can be configured to any custom DC voltage for direct use, or via an inverter for AC use.
Orbital Marine Power
Power
Orbital Marine Power (OMP) is a UK company specializing in advanced Floating Tidal Turbines (FTTs). Their Orbital O2 is the world’s most powerful FTT and has been operating in Orkney, Scotland since July 2021, connected via subsea cable to the local electricity grid. It is a 74m long floating superstructure, supporting two 1MW turbines on either side for a nameplate power output of 2MW that can generate enough electricity for approx. 2000 homes and offset approx. 2200MT of CO2 production per year. Every O2 is capable of 360-degree rotation which means it can produce power without having to reverse direction when the tides change and includes retractable legs, which have been designed to elevate the nacelles and pitch hubs and blades out of the water for ease of maintenance. We plan to establish a tidal energy R&D facility and pilot program to test the efficacy of the O2, Aikido and Oneka technologies and to conduct environmental impact assessments. This will be the first of its kind.
Aikido
Power
A world of opportunities is opening up for the offshore wind market. The International Energy Agency predicts that offshore wind has the potential to generate more than 420,000 TWh per year worldwide, which is more than 18 times global electricity demand today. Aikido has developed a series of innovative floating wind technologies. The Aikido Platform is a semi-submersible platform that can transport a fully assembled floating wind turbine horizontally. In its transport configuration, the unit fits within PANAMAX restrictions, which means it can fit into shallow water ports and upending the platform only requires ballasting with seawater. The Aikido Turbine is a floating-specific wind turbine that can reduce the cost and weight of a floating platform by 25%. Innovations in the rotor design make it specifically adapted to optimal power production in a floating environment.
Oneka
Water
Oneka has developed a wave-powered desalination technology that deploys buoys in the ocean where the oscillation of the waves actuates the process. As the buoy moves down into the wave trough, seawater is drawn in through a series of self-cleaning strainers and filters that remove salt, bacteria, and other particles from the seawater to produce clean, drinkable water that can be piped to shore for storage and use. Only 25% of the water is desalinated and the remaining 75% is discharged. Water quality and performance are carefully monitored by solar-powered sensors that provide data in real-time to ensure the water meets or exceeds local water standards, and no change of salinity can be detected within 2-3 meters of the buoy. Oneka’s system improves upon previous desalination processes by producing no polluting emissions and requiring no dangerous chemicals, electricity, or land use.
OceanWell
Water
Since 1970 water demand has increased by 1.7X while global supply has dropped by 50%. OceanWell is developing modular deep-sea water farms made up of pods that harness natural hydrostatic pressure at depths of 400 meters (1312 feet) for reverse osmosis desalination. Each pod can produce up to one million gallons of fresh water daily, and the modular design allows for scalable projects based on demand. This technology ensures ultra-clean water by filtering out salts, bacteria, viruses, pesticides, and PFAS (“Forever Chemicals”) while its robust components are engineered for durability in deep-sea environments. Unlike traditional desalination methods that are energy-intensive and threaten marine life, OceanWell’s technology reduces energy consumption by up to 40%, while protecting marine life and eliminating toxic brine disposal. OceanWell has entered into a pilot program with LVMWD (Las Virgenes Municipal Water District) to build California’s first-ever Blue Water farm.
MIYYIM
Water
Solar distillation units can be used to remove salts and impurities from water. The basic design causes seawater (or wastewater) to evaporate and condense on a plate over a collecting trough. MIYYIM has developed a hybrid technology to increase the efficiency of evaporation inside a solar distiller using a rotating hollow cylinder and a solar collector. A thin film of water forms on the outer and inner surface of the cylinder which quickly evaporates resulting in a 400% increase in production. This new technology significantly reduces the cost of desalination and when combined with some of our power generation solutions makes this an intriguing solution to areas with a shortage of fresh water. We are working with the inventor to develop a full scale model.
AWA (Atmospheric Water Generator)
Water
The Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations estimates that by 2025, 1.9 billion people will live in regions with absolute water scarcity, and that 70% of the world’s population will be in water stress. This is a humanitarian crisis waiting to happen. AWA has developed a patented Atmospheric Water Generator (AWG) technology that extracts water from the air through condensation without power. This technology took 15 years to develop and can produce an inexhaustible water supply. AWA offers a series of models that produce varying amounts of water with the largest capable of producing more than 10 million gallons per month. We secured the rights to this tech and are developing a hybrid by combining this technology with other technologies to maximize water production.
Air2O Technologies
Water
There are currently three major methods used for AWGs: condensation, Reverse Osmosis (R/O), and desiccants. All these techniques have had success, but they all suffer from excessive energy requirements and an inability to scale. Air2O Technologies was formed to evaluate, combine, prototype, scale, and optimize several of the latest design ideas to reduce energy consumption, and provide city scale AWGs. Current large scale commercial AWGs use over 400 watts per liter of water generated. Our solutions will use a combination of solar, geo-thermal, wave energy, and thin film solar optimization for massive energy savings. Our intent is to offer a modular system that will produce more than 100,000 gallons of water per day, and we are developing both onshore and offshore units to stress test functionality. This will be particularly relevant to our cattle ranch and vertical farming technologies. Our goal is to develop water farms with WPAs (Water Purchase Agreements) similar to PPAs, where municipalities pay on a per gallon basis for water production. This would create a new Asset Class of investment. We are currently using Air20 as a test case for our AI Enhancement company PLAICO to explore other AWG methodologies.
SkyH2O
Water
SkyH2O’s proprietary technology represents a “Utility Scale” AWG solution for population centers, especially in areas that suffer from water scarcity and water toxicity. Their AWG Maximus 4260 is designed for commercial, industrial and government applications and rated to produce 2,775 gallons per day with a 20+ year life expectancy. Their consolidated SkyH2O Stations are capable of producing up to 8 million gallons of fresh potable water annually and are equipped with a bottling line for consumer sized containers as well as bulk distribution. SkyH2O is planning to install up to 50 SkyH2O Stations within the next five years, providing $1.25B in project investment opportunities. The stations will produce a total of 400 million gallons of fresh sustainable water per year. They plan to start in Houston, Texas and complete their rollout through the US by 2029, with expansion to Europe and Middle East regions thereafter.
AMF Water Tech
Water
AMF offers an Alternating Magnetic Field (AMF) system for producing charged nanobubbles. For industrial applications, the nanobubbles eliminate corrosion and mineral deposits in pipes, cooling towers, boilers and exchanges and reduce fouling in wastewater treatment without the use of hazardous chemicals. For agricultural applications, they provide a charge to soils, improving moisture content, water retention and nutrient solubility. The technology requires no external energy to operate and works with most water sources including high TDS (Total Dissolved Solids), brackish and reclaimed water. AMF reduces water use by up to 30% while improving soil profiles, seed germination and plant health, increasing moisture content and retention, and reducing the harmful effect of salts in the roots which improve nutrient solubility and increase crop yields. AMF has also been shown to solve specific medical issues including the dissolution of blood clots and arterial plaque as well as wound healing. We have successfully demonstrated this technology in multiple hospitals around the US and are planning a global roll out in 2026.
Wayclear
Air
Wayclear is the first air disinfection system to use custom UV-C light emitting diodes (LEDs). UV-C wavelengths are particularly damaging to living cells as they are absorbed by proteins, RNA and DNA. Wayclear products provide 99.99% effectiveness against all viruses and pathogens by altering their DNA/RNS structure. They have no filters to change, require zero maintenance, and are designed for up to 10 years of continuous use. The scalable design of their system allows its use in everything from handheld or personal protection devices (PPDs) to integrated OEM designs for vehicular or mass transit uses, to wall and in wall mounted units for home, commercial and healthcare applications, as well as bulk air disinfection for commercial HVAC units.

Fully electric, with modular body components for ride hailing, subscription services and cargo, this multi-purpose vehicle is stable, agile, comfortable, and safe, and being only 88cm wide by 2.45m long, makes it easy to split lanes and find parking - 5 TUGAs can fit in the space of a standard car. Its all-weather modular design has an aerodynamic cockpit that can be open or fully enclosed, with seating for up to 3 people, and built in anti-collision and avoidance features. The base model has a top speed of 87 MPH and a range of 200+ miles with a price tag of $25-40K. TUGA is also planning to integrate a drone component to create the ultimate urban mobility vehicle. We intend to invest in and partner with TUGA to establish a testing facility to perfect its various models and prototypes.
Lilium
Mobility
The proprietary technology at the core of the LILIUM Jet is Ducted Electric Vectored Thrust (DEVT). Electric jet engines integrated into the wing flaps provide advantages in payload, aerodynamic efficiency and a lower noise profile, whilst also providing thrust vector control to maneuver. The Lilium Pioneer Edition Jet will comfortably seat 4-6 passengers with a range of 110 miles and a top speed of 155MPH. The base price for a Lilium Jet is expected to be between $7 million to $10 million USD. We do not intend to purchase one of these units but will offer our LIFT properties as test locations.
AIR ONE
Mobility
AIR ONE is a sport eVTOL that is easy to handle and can be used daily. Although bigger than an average car, when folded it is smaller than a pickup and requires only a small footprint to operate. Charging is done the same way you charge an EV. The AIR ONE enables direct point-to-point travel, bypassing traditional transportation barriers and optimizing daily commutes. Using an advanced wing-rotor topology, the eVTOL generates up to 60% lift without the need of a tilt or push motor and aircraft control is accomplished through its patented power differentiation. Simply point the joystick in the direction of flight and the aircraft will do the rest, stabilizing itself and scanning for hazards as you fly. The AIR ONE is a two seater aircraft with a range of 100 miles and a top speed of 155MPH which is ideal for local travel. The base price for an AIR ONE is $150,000 USD.
Pivotal Helix
Mobility
The Helix is a modern take on traditional aviation and PIVOTAL’s first aircraft to be produced at scale. Designed for ease of flight, the Helix is a single seat PAV (Personal Aerial Vehicle) made of a carbon fiber composite and featuring unique software and hardware controls. It has a range of 20 miles and a cruising speed of 63 MPH which is ideal for flying short distances. It fits in a 16 foot container and from storage to flight takes about 30 minutes. It offers a triple redundant flight control system, fly by wire controls, auto takeoff and landing, and an ability to hold in hover mode. It also features an amphibious hull and floats for emergency landing and a ballistic parachute system. The base price for a Helix eVTOL is $190,000 USD.

The S-A2 features a distributed electric propulsion architecture, eight all-tilting rotors and a DLO (Daylight Opening) design to allow as much visibility as possible. The S-A2 is a 5 seater aircraft and can easily switch between cargo, two, and four-passenger layouts plus a pilot. Its predecessor the S-A1 is being considered by Uber as a flying taxi.
Low-Speed Vehicles Program
Mobility
A new type of EV is emerging - a Low-Speed Vehicle or LSV, which is a street-legal, four-wheeled vehicle with a top speed of 25 mph and a gross vehicle weight of less than 3,000 lbs. As these vehicles are very lightweight, they use less material to construct, require smaller batteries, and can be operated by individuals as young as 14 years old. Many cities are now building special pathways for this class of vehicle. We will be testing a variety of EVs (including LSVs) and eVTOLs (electric Vertical Take Off and Landing aircraft) onsite. It is estimated that the UAM (Urban Air Mobility) space is expected to be worth over $50 billion by 2032. Due to the large land mass, remote location and variety of terrains, our target property in Baja California is a perfect place to test eVTOLs, learn how to fly them and ultimately use them on property. We intend to create an eVTOL hub and are also talking with Formula E about building a racetrack in Baja California.
TAVACI Technologies
Farming
TAVACI Technologies is increasing global food security by providing sustainable high-tech indoor agriculture systems. The company has developed enterprise-scale, automated, vertical farming systems to grow nutrient-dense animal feed using significantly less water and resources than traditional farming. One TAVACI Tower Farm (TF) can produce 12 tons of fresh high grade animal feed per day - enough to feed 1000 cows. This is equivalent to 150 acres of farmland, using no pesticides or fertilizer and only 2% of the water that would ordinarily be needed. The TFs are fully automated and require a footprint of 0.5 acres, with a CO2 storage potential of 766 tons/year. The feed is delivered wet but may be cold pressed or dried. TAVACI has already proven successful in increasing milk production and beef quality in the US. We have entered into a JV and licensing agreement with TAVACI for S. America and plan to install three TFs in 2026.
Inside Earth
Land
Inside Earth (IE) enables countries to identify their most valuable natural resources (Elements of Interest or EOIs) using a patented process that combines Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR), quantum physics, satellite imagery and proprietary lab analytics to: 1) achieve precise remote mapping of high value minerals, hydrocarbons and water 2) determine the concentration and grade of the minerals and oil, and quality of the water 3) reduce the time and costs of prospecting and exploration for same 4) reduce the risk of accidents by identifying hazardous gas pockets and unstable formations and 5) eliminate environmental impact by operating remotely with no drilling required. IE has partnered with NASA and the German and Canadian Space Agencies to scan the entire planet every 8 days using 14 constellations of satellites and acquire up to 4000 Very High Resolution digital images, in the visible, UV, IR, Microwave (radar) and Far Infrared spectra to cover a given Target Area. This data is then converted to identify the size and precise location of EOIs up to 25,000 feet below the surface. We have entered into a JV partnership with IE to identify EOIs in Africa and to monetize them so they can LIFT their economies and invest in our technologies. This technology gives us significant advantage in buying undervalued land with underlying mineral rights.
OG Biotech
Farming
OG Biotech (OGB) formulates climate-smart agricultural products that bioremediate soils, leaving no residues that can percolate and contaminate waterways. OGB’s Bacterial Pre-Digested Nutrient Technology provides plants with everything they need in an easy uptake format. In the soil, the bacterial rhizosphere needs to digest nutrients to turn them into usable forms for plants to uptake. Plants then use energy to convert those nutrients into functional compounds for their different metabolic processes. OGB’s technology provides plants with fertilizers that skip part of that energy consumption process leading to higher yields while transitioning away from climate-damaging chemical fertilizers.
New Mangrove Solutions
Land
New Mangrove Solutions (NMS) is a pioneering company dedicated to both the ecological restoration and economic revitalization of coastal communities through mangrove restoration. Our unique approach centers on conducting experiments on small-scale mangroves to refine large-scale restoration methods while simultaneously fostering local economies. We believe that mangrove conservation should not only protect vital ecosystems but also provide sustainable livelihoods for nearby communities. Fishery depletion, fresh-water scarcity, and deforestation are affecting rural coastal communities in much of Mexico, which has lost at least 25% of its mangroves since the 1980’s and in other countries in Central and South America. With miles of beaches in Baja California we have a perfect location to test the efficacy of our mangrove coastal restoration initiatives and intend to plant up to five million mangroves, with an estimated net carbon sequestration of one million tons.
TerraCarbon Innovations
Land
TerraCarbon Innovations (TCI) operates at the forefront of sustainable agriculture and technology. Our cutting-edge technology has transformed the extraction of biochar from the earth’s resources. By capturing hydrogen and graphene, we have developed a carbon-rich soil amendment that is highly beneficial in the domains of agriculture and construction, leading to significant advancements in these industries. Our biochar not only improves soil quality and increases agricultural yield but also plays a crucial role in the development of environmentally sustainable concrete. By integrating biochar into concrete in a cohesive manner, we enhance the structural integrity and longevity of construction, while simultaneously reducing carbon emissions. Baja California is home to hundreds of thousands of cacti which will form the basis of our biochar initiative, but our system can use many different types of feedstock.

Projects

Although LIFT is focused on incubating companies and technologies, we have several in house projects that are critical to our long term goals.

LIFT Locations Needed
Locations
LIFT is actively seeking large parcels of land (minimum 5,000 acres, 2,000+ hectares) to serve as LIFT Incubation Centers in the Caribbean, Central and South America, West Africa, East Africa, West India and Europe. Ideal locations should include coastal access, large elevated buildable areas, and sufficient acreage for farming, agriculture, and technology testing. We are also deciding where to house our flagship campus to include an International Business Park and data center, secure labs and built-to-suit offices for LIFT companies, as well as an ultra-exclusive hotel complex, med spa and wellness center. We had been considering a property in Baja California, Mexico with miles of Pacific beaches and elevated mesas. However the country risk in Mexico has proven challenging and we have been forced to reconsider. One option is Albania which is experiencing a huge influx of investment capital and has a burgeoning tech industry. All enquiries should be directed to liftlabs@purplelift.com
OMEGA Processing Facility
PRTC
The OMEGA Project consolidates over a decade of R&D into a single commercial pathway for sustainable precious metals extraction. We use proprietary nano extraction technologies to stabilize and recover precious metals from industrial by-products that traditional mining and leaching processes cannot access. PRTC owns or has the rights to multiple stockpiles of material in the United States that are rich in rare earth elements, gold, silver and Platinum Group Metals (collectively PGM). The OMEGA Stockpile contains approx. 900,000 tons of material that has been concentrated by industrial processes to yield very high volumes of these metals. An investment of approximately $500 million USD supports the development of a modular, commercial-scale plasma processing facility with capacity to process 30,000 tons per year of material, and would include the construction of the facility, procurement of advanced plasma and smelting systems, technology licensing, and the establishment of administrative and operational infrastructure. The OMEGA Project is part of PRTC’s broader resource and technology portfolio and was established to provide a capital engine for its Living Incubator for Technologies initiative.
The Million Home Challenge
Housing
The World Bank estimates that by 2030, three billion people will need new housing units. This is a massive humanitarian issue and almost impossible to grasp. That is why we are launching the Million Home Challenge (MHC) Africa as the first of our Challenge initiatives. We intend to build one million homes in Africa over a 20-year period, or 50,000 homes per year. There are 54 countries in Africa. We would have to build 926 homes per country per year over 20 years to meet our goal. This is a manageable number and one we would expect to increase over time. Of course, each country has different needs, but we estimate we would achieve this goal by 2038, eight years ahead of schedule. The problem with large-scale housing projects is not the cost, or lack of land or materials, it is the lack of skilled labor, and this is where the JENGO Modular Building System or JMBS is so powerful. Anyone can be a builder with the JMBS. Starting with Ethiopia, S. Sudan, Uganda and Kenya, we would establish pilot programs to showcase the technology and demonstrate how easy it is to retrofit a block making facility to make the JMBS in each country. We would then train local people to build 50 homes per location over a two-month period which would be the launchpad for MHC Africa. Each of these pilot programs would also feature our other technologies including atmospheric water generation, air purification, solar and wind power, and vertical farming to showcase our ability (and theirs) to create healthy, vibrant, sustainable communities.
Clean Energy Revitalization Solutions (CERS)
Energy
As new energy initiatives are introduced, the abandonment of earlier generation systems (solar fields and wind turbines) has increased, in part due to mechanical or system failures that have proven too difficult, or expensive, to repair or replace and also because their Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) have expired. We have developed a number of technologies that allow for the upgrade of these failing systems at a fraction of the cost of conventional equipment which presents an extraordinary investment opportunity due to existing infrastructure (interconnects, towers, rack and mount systems etc) being in place, and very low acquisition costs. We intend to form a REIT of distressed power assets and facilities that we can retrofit with our new power generation systems that will dramatically increase output and allow for the extension of existing Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) and the creation of new ones.
Unlimited Water
Water
8.3 billion people live in the world. The United Nations (UN) recognizes that humans need 50-100 liters of water per person per day to meet basic, minimum needs for drinking, hygiene, cooking, and sanitation. While absolute survival needs are lower, 50 liters is the target for securing basic hygiene and health. There are 1000 liters in a cubic meter (M3) — enough to provide 20 people with sufficient water for a day — so to supply the entire population of the world, you would need 415 million M3 of water per day. According to the USGS there are approx. 13,000 cubic kilometers (KM3) of water available in the atmosphere, mostly as water vapor. One KM3 is equal to 1 billion M3. This means that we only need 41.5% of one KM3 of atmospheric water to supply the entire world’s population on a daily basis, which is only 0.0032% of the total water available in the atmosphere at any given time. Furthermore, this water is replenished every day through the natural process of the Water Cycle (Evaporation, Condensation, Precipitation, and Infiltration) …and yet, the FAO (Food and Agriculture Organization of the UN) estimated that by 2025, 1.9 billion people would live in regions with absolute water scarcity, and that two thirds of the world’s population would be in a situation of water stress. This is a catastrophe. Water is fundamental to life, and we have an abundance of it over our heads. The challenge is how to extract it viably. Atmospheric Water Generation (AWG) typically requires a huge amount of energy and is not cost effective. LIFT has developed a unique AWG protocol that can produce 10 million gallons of water per month per device and is exploring ways to maximize the volume of water that can be extracted from the atmosphere. LIFT is dedicating a minimum $300 million USD and an entire team to solve this problem.
